We are currently seeking Licensed Automotive Service Technicians.
BMW Technicians are the technology experts who complete repairs and troubleshoot issues to make our customers truly happy. BMW Technicians work in our state-of-the-art workshops and receive training on BMW technology and innovations. Successful BMW Technicians are motivated and passionate about BMWs and enjoy the challenge of working on technologically brilliant vehicles. BMW Technicians are kept on the leading-edge of the industry's advances through ongoing training.
Job Functions:
• Perform work as described on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with BMW factory and BMW Centre standards
• Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions and recommend/perform appropriate repairs
• Examine vehicles to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order and communicate to the Service Advisor
• Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts
• Notify the Service Advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined on repair order is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed by the time promised
• Clearly and accurately document all work performed
• Road test vehicles
• Attend and successfully complete factory training as required by the BMW Centre
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins
• Follow warranty material disposition procedures
• Understand and follow federal, provincial and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes

The Service Advisor is the primary liaison between the service department and its customers. The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting the customers with their maintenance and for service needs in an efficient and professional manner while adhering to the highest standards of Customer Service.
Job Functions:
• Greet the clients, perform a service walk around, and ensure customer needs are assessed and signatures obtained during the appointment check-in
• Coordinate with dispatch and the BDC to ensure no scheduling conflicts
• Keep in touch with clients throughout the entire service process
• Maintain the documentation on work orders and ensure required data has been collected and updated as necessary throughout the repair process
• Monitor carry-over repairs and keep customers informed
• Organize and receive payment and release the vehicle to the owner after servicing
• Treat our customers with the best care possible

Job Duties:
• Responding to both customer and Internal Service & Sales staff;
• Fulfilling parts orders;
• Understanding inventory and order management systems;
• Organizing and lifting parts inventory and orders;
• Learn and use the Reynolds' computer system for daily parts sales and inventory control;
• Effectively master the ability to search model specific parts;
• Have an understanding of inventory control;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Performs all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
• Minimum three years parts experience preferred;
• Knowledge of automotive parts;
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted;
• Must be self-motivating;
